First, we apply a deep cleaning solution to the floor that loosens dirt, grime, oils and bacteria, so that we can remove even the toughest stains. Step 2: Agitation - We put the elbow grease to work. Through agitation we work the pretreatment into the surface to further loosen up the trapped dirt and grime. Step 3: Heat & Pressure - Science confirms that the truest most effective way to eliminate bacteria is with heat. Our machines allow us to use up to 220 degrees of heat while injecting high pressure water getting all that dirt and grime ready for extraction. By penetrating the surface with high pressure hot water we effectively sanitize and allow the surface to dry quicker. Step 4: Extraction - By using our industrial strength vacuum system we soak up all the contaminated water leaving the surface spotless and bacteria free. Our extraction system has a filtration tank allowing us to trap debris and particles for us to dispose of and therefore expelling only the dirty water into an enviornmentally safe designated area.
